Bridge House is a cottage build of stone and slate construction in the traditional local style with charming period features. The Cottage is situated on the edge of the small settlement of Trinafour in Highland Perthshire surrounded by stunning scenery. 

 

Pitlochry is the nearest main centre with a good range of local services. These include all professional services; a Cottage Hospital; Primary and High School; interesting shops; a mainline railway station on the Inverness-London line; and the famous Festival Theatre. The town, famed for its Victorian architecture, is a popular tourist base with its central location providing a good touring spring board. The pleasant county town of Perth offering a wide choice of cultural, shopping and professional facilities is less than an hours' drive south.

The area provides a good variety of outdoor pursuits such as water sports on the various Lochs and Rivers; walking; climbing with several Munros in the vicinity; easy access to winter sports at Aviemore and Glenshee; golf on the many 9 and 18 hole courses within a 30 minutes drive. The cottage includes frontage to Errochty Water with riparian rights to fish for trout.
